For over 20 years, I’ve worked with real clients in real-world situations at the New Orleans Athletic Club helping busy professionals build strength, improve mobility, and create healthier lifestyles they can actually sustain.
I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified, and I’ve spent the last two decades helping people feel stronger, move better, and stay athletic long-term without living in the gym.
